This data product, sourced from the NEON data portal for the purposes of the ACCE DTP tutorial, contains processed individual level data from measurements of woody individuals and shrub groups.

uid Unique ID within NEON database; an identifier for the record
named_location Name of the measurement location in the NEON database
date Date or date and time of measurement, observation, or collection event
event_id An identifier for the set of information associated with the event, which includes information about the place and time of the event
domain_id Unique identifier of the NEON domain
site_id NEON site code
plot_id Plot identifier (NEON site code_XXX)
individual_id Domain-level unique identifier for an individual: NEON.MOD.D##.######
growth_form The growth form classification
stem_diameter Cross-sectional stem diameter centimeter
measurement_height Height at which stemDiameter is measured centimeter
height Highest point of an individual or average height of a patch meter

scientific_name Scientific name, associated with the taxonID. This is the name of the lowest level taxonomic rank that can be determined
taxon_rank The lowest level taxonomic rank that can be determined for the individual or specimen
